Pros: The hotel personnel was quite professional and helpful; front office, housekeeping, restaurant, guard, as well as management. Good customer care. Mr. Richard, the owner, was very helpful in contacting my family when things got a bit difficult because of flight cancellations. Thanks a lot.

Great hotel with good facilities and Kilimanjaro view

Pros: Great location with Kilimanjaro view. Very big room with great bathroom.

Pros: Enjoyed dinner on the rooftop. It was also nice that the sheets were changed every day.

Cons: Wifi was difficult to connect.

We spent a beautiful time in the hotel, close to everything. I felt very good there.

Pros: Breakfast buffet, varied. Very nice staff. Location very good, the very center. Very good food in the restaurant at friendly prices. Possibility to organize a special dinner on the terrace of the hotel overlooking the city.

Cons: Everything was great, every additional request fulfilled by very friendly staff.

Pros: Von der Dachterrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Kilimandscharo.

Pros: kaupungin keskustassa. ikkunat vuorelle päin. kiva kattoterassi, josta näki kauas. perussiistit huoneet. turvallisen tuntuinen paikka.

Cons: liikenteen meteli kuului huoneisiin. yksinkertainen aamupala.

Pros: Las camas eran muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons: La ducha no funcionaba muy bien y era un poco complicado ducharse.

Utmärkt boende i centrala Moshi.

Pros: Det centrala läget i Moshi, rummen och badrummet. Bra frukost. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående.

Cons: Det fanns inga myggnät ovanför sängarna och detta hade vi gärna haft.
