We had an amazing stay

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Shambani House. Hancemark and his family are incredibly friendly and hospitable, the accomodation was spotless clean and comfy. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Thanks again for the nice talks and the great stay 👍🏻

Pros: The environment is very serene and the room us spacious

Cons: The breakfast was good but there can be other varieties

Peaceful oasis surrounded by real Tanzanian neighborhood

Pros: Shambani House is like a small peaceful oasis surrounded by a typical Tanzanian neighborhood. You live close to many local families, but thanks to your own little guesthouse, you can always take a timeout and enjoy the comfort of your own small two rooms (bedroom and living room, it even has a refrigerator, and an own nice new bathroom too). The hosts Hancemark and Evelyn took care of me wonderfully! Evelyn cooked the best and most delicious Tanzanian dishes, and if I needed to go somewhere, I could just easy take a ride with Hancemark and his \

Cons: The surrounding streets are not yet tarmac roads (like most places). But this is not a problem for the host Hancemark, he brought me safely to every place I wanted to go.

Pros: もし、リーズナブルにホームステイのような滞在を希望するなら、Shambani Houseはとてもお勧めです。母屋は別にあり、そちらに3人のかわいい息子さんのいるご家庭が住んでらして、同じ敷地内の別棟での滞在ですが、タンザニアのご家庭の様子を垣間見ることができて、とても興味深かったです。タンザニアの人達は朗らかで温かくて親切でしたが、これはホストのハンスマークとエブリンのお人柄のお陰で、私がタンザニアの人達を大好きになることができたのだと思います。ハンスマークはとても親切で、私がタンザニアでの滞在がより楽しいものになるようにと、自分の乗るバイクの後ろに乗せてくれて、アルーシャ近辺の色々なところを見せてくれました。サファリツアーやマサイ族の村の観光ツアーの申し込みもしてくれました。細々した気配りで、いつも私のことを気にかけてくれたので、安心してタンザニアを楽しむことができました。奥さんのエブリンはたくましくて働き者で、お料理上手。お食事はいつも美味しく、タンザニアの食文化に触れることができました。お部屋はとても広々としていて、掃除は行き届いており、快適でした。こんなにコストパフォーマンスのよい快適な宿はなかなかないと思います。 もし、Shambani Houseがいっぱいの時には、Lucky Monkey の宿泊も検討してください。こちらもハンスマークの経営している宿ですが、お手入れが行き届いており、お庭が楽園のような美しさです。

Very comfortable at home place

Pros: We loved our stay at Shambani house. The place was very clean, comfortable with beautiful decor done to a high standard. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and healthy. The hosts however are the highlight for us; Hansmark was always helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. Our conversations were always rich and exciting full of cultural exchange. The whole family was wonderful and a joy to be around. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to perhaps return in a few years. Calum 🇬🇧 & Maho 🇯🇵

Pros: Une occasion magnifique et chaleureuse de loger à Arusha, su sein de la vraie vie locale. L'énergie dispensée par mes hôtes pour mon bien-être a été remarquable ! Les petits déjeuners étaient magnifiques, l'accueil généreux.
