Excellent property to stay at especially for the price. We even extended our stay because it was so lovely.

Pros: The property is very clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly fitted with everything you need. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. Dorus’ communication is very good. The location is perfect! It’s near the main road which makes it easy to find and it’s not far from town.

Cons: The WiFi signal can sometimes be slow but this is not unusual for Arusha.

Pros: I LIKED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS EXACTLY AS IT IS ONLINE.THE HOST IS AMAZZING AND VERY FRIENDLY.I GOT ALL THE HELP AND SUPPORT WE NEEDED FROM SHOPPING EVEN WHEN WE DID NOT HAVE THE TZ SHILLING IT WAS ALL ARRANGED PERFECTLY.THE HOUSEKEEPER IS GREAT AND TRULY WELCOMING.

Cons: THE CLEANING SHOULD BE ARRANGED DAILY .....THIS WOULD ACCORD THE GUESTS AN OPPORTUBITY TO RELAX AND NOT THINK ABOUT CLEANING THE APARTMENT.THE TOWELS SHOULD ALSO BE CHANGED DAILY FOR LONG STAY.

Very homey feel. Great value for money!

Pros: - Large and clean apartment with quality amenities, all well-maintained - Very nice and helpful onsite staff, e.g. caretaker, cleaner - All mosquito meshes seemed very solid - Communication with owner was minimal, most communication was with her staff (whether you consider this a + or - is up to you; we felt it was a +) - Large and modern TV, supports casting both from Android and iOS devices.

Cons: - This building has no exact pin location in Google Maps or any ride-hailing app. No driver will find it unless you guide him over the phone in Swahili. - The internet is even by Arusha standards rather slow. E.g. streaming was choppy sometimes, uploading 1 GB takes almost a whole night.

Pros: Everything was just as pictured, the host takes good care of her guests! Absolutely loved staying here. The only thing i would add is a mosquito net over the beds.

Pros: Accueil exceptionnel et appartement très confortable Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le personnel a été très serviable tout au long de notre séjour : nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et ils ont commandé des pizzas pour nous, ce qui a été vraiment apprécié. Le lendemain matin, ils nous ont emmenés à l’aéroport à 5h, sans aucune hésitation. L’appartement est très spacieux et parfaitement équipé : deux grandes chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain, un frigo, une cuisine bien équipée, tout y est pour un séjour confortable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Pros: I have been to many properties, but this place is the best. Very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We loved everything about this place. That is the best place in town to call home.

Cons: The night guy is always there to get you in and out. The cleaning lady was very kind. I can honestly say the place is to class. If you are in Arusha that’s the place to stay. We will be back again soon.
